Presenti solo in spirito, ma con il corpo (purtroppo) lontano dalle goloserie del RWF 2020, noi di Whiskydo affidiamo a tutti i partecipanti una bottiglia di Craigellachie 17.
Per noi questo è un whisky dal gusto tutto sentimentale, visto che proprio a Craigellachie, tra l’Highlander Inn e il Craigellachie Hotel, nasceva il nostro amore per il malto scozzese.
Proponiamo quindi un brindisi alla terza (audace) edizione del e a un ritorno alle bevute in presenza!

Whisky Revolution ė alla sua terza edizione: ha sfidato la sorte e la pandemia e ha pensato ad un ALL INCLUSIVE.
L’evento è all’insegna della sicurezza oltre che del divertimento consapevole, in poche parole: pochi ma buoni!
E diciamocelo pure, se da un lato la calca, la ressa e il contatto umano un po’ ci manca, l’idea di poter partecipare ad un evento dai toni intimi e rilassati, ci piace parecchio.
Dedicato a tutti gli appassionati di Whisky che in questi mesi hanno sofferto per la totale assenza di eventi live, questo festival si profila come un’oasi nel deserto.

The dream come true: Dream Whisky and its first selections
For those of you who don’t know Dream whisky yet, we’re going to spend a few words introducing them.
Dream whisky is a new groundbreaking whisky initiative born out of two italian restless minds.
Since last year, Marco Maltagliati and Federico Mazzieri are bringing their project around Italy and the world.
Dream whisky is not a simple whisky consultancy: it’s a new way to live and taste quality whisky.
They’re tailoring whisky experiences for the curious drinker, while educating restaurant and bar professionals to the joys of the nectar of Scotland....
It’s been almost a year since Whiskydo started following Federico and Marco in their new adventure… and things are starting to get more exciting than ever. With loads of projects going on and an ever growing urge to innovate and impress, Dream whisky is definitely one to keep your eye on.

Whiskydo è con il Whisky Revolution Festival!
Per questa seconda edizione saremo presenti per seguire da vicino l’evento e gustarci le succose masterclass in agenda. Vogliamo essere testimoni del meglio che questa Rivoluzione ha da offrire e amplificarne la voce tramite il nostro lavoro. Il nostro obiettivo è far sapere ovunque (ci proviamo!) quel che succede in Italia, con la presunzione di dare una mano a sostenere a livello internazionale ciò che si fa, nel mondo whisky, nel nostro paese. Le realtà e le personalità valide sono tante e autorevoli (WRF Talk docet!): tanto materiale su cui lavorare e, quel che conta di più, tanto whisky da bere!

The idea
The idea behind Whiskydo comes from our personal experience as whisky enthusiasts. We approached the world of whisk(e)y in 2013 and were soon intrigued by all the nuances and possibilities behind it. Yes, we drank whisky before, but never went far from just washing it down and being content with it. Then we took a trip to Speyside and everything changed. We were greeted by a close-knit community, working local but definitely thinking global, that made us feel we had found something precious to experience and learn from. As we felt the richness behind every drop of whisky we tasted, we also felt an urge to share it. Whiskydo was conceived as the place for whisky lovers to find what they’re looking for while on their personal whisky journey and meet like minded people to share their passion for whisky with.
Who we are
We are Andrea and Valentina with the help of GlueGlueDesign. We are not experts but we love whisky and we are constantly looking for those who tell us about it and allow us to appreciate it: not only the notes and aromas of the distillate, but all the work that lies behind the product, from those who assembled the barrels and reaped the barley to those who created... chose ... bottled the whisky.
