That's a wrap for CAFF in Tórshavn! 🌊

It's been busy and exciting days at the Ocean Connectivity Conference in Tórshavn, Faroe Islands. CAFF was delighted to join colleagues from across the Arctic; researchers, policymakers, Indigenous Knowledge holders, and partners; for this inspiring gathering embedded in the UArctic Congress 2026.

From deep dives into marine biodiversity and conservation to discussions on ocean dynamics, pollution, and sustainable Arctic shipping, the conference brought together friends and colleagues to connect, exchange knowledge, and align our collective efforts for the Arctic Ocean's future.

A big thank you to the Kingdom of Denmark's Chairship of the Arctic Council, the University of the Faroe Islands, and UArctic (University of the Arctic) for bringing us all together. It was a privilege to be part of so many important conversations! 🐋🧊
