The Houthis (Ansar Allah) hold roughly 70 to 80 percent of Yemen's total population. This area includes the capital city of Sana'a, as well as northern and northwestern provinces like Ibb and Dhamar and the heavily populated parts of Taiz 🇾🇪
Banking & Corporate Sector: Sana'a remains the primary hub for the country’s private banking sector, commercial corporations, and telecommunications. A staggering majority of new commercial business registrations are concentrated in Houthi zones.
Industries & Trade Ports: Resistance group control Hodeidah port, Yemen's primary entry point for food and humanitarian aid on the Red Sea. 'ANSAR ALLAH' also control major industrial zones, such as the Al-Hawban area in Taiz, which hosts Yemen's largest manufacturing plants and trading companies 🚩🇾🇪
