Recently a paper titled “ Effects of Noise Pollution on Zakho University Students at Two Faculty of Science Buildings”
has been published in the Science Journal of University of Zakho.
The aim of the paper is “ examining the level of noise throughout Zakho university-faculty of science buildings “

تم نشر بحث في مجلة زاخو الانسانية بعنوان " موقف الصحافة المصريَّة من انتفاضة مارس/آذار 1991م في كردستان العراق".
لم تكن مصر بعيدة عن أحداث ونتائج انتفاضة مارس/آذار 1991م في كردستان العراق؛ إذ كانت قريبة منها جغرافيًّاوسياسيًّا وعسكريًّا بتواجد القوات المصرية في منطقة الخليج بعد عدوان صدام حسين على الكويت في أغسطس/آب 1990م ومشاركتها قوات التحالف الدولي في تحرير الكويت بقيادة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية فيما عُرف باسم "عاصفة الصحراء". وقد بدى ذلك جليًّا في تصريحات الرئيس محمد حسني مبارك وفي بيانات الخارجية المصرية بما يدعو إلى احترام الحقوق، وسيادة القانون، وترسيخ دعائم الديمقراطية التي تلتف حولها جميع المكونات القومية للشعب العراقي.

A recently published study in the science journal of University of Zakho by Zozan et al..

Title: Histopathological Effects of Phytoestrogrn (Genistein) on Thymus Gland of Adult and Post-Natal Female Albino Mice.

The aim of the study: This study aimed to evaluate how genistein affected the weight and histological structure of the thymus gland in adult and postnatal (P22) female albino mice.

The study conclusion: Because genistein affects thymic tissue negatively, it has the potential to create thymic and immunological diseases.
