حشد نينوى العشائري يمثل سكان محافظة نينوى و يعكس التنوع القومي والديني لسكان الموصل. حيث يضم العرب، الكرد، التركمان، الشبك، الاشوريين، السريان و الكلدان. هذا التشكيل يتبع لجنة حشد نينوى التابعة لهيئة الحشد الشعبي العراقية. تتكون لجنة هيئة نينوى برئاسة محافظ نينوى من الاعضاء:
