تم تنظيم هذه الدورة التدريبية الموجهة لرائدات الأعمال في قضاء أبي الخصيب، على أطراف مدينة البصرة، بهدف تطوير وتنمية قدرات النساء العاملات وصاحبات المشاريع الناشئة والحاملات للأفكار الريادية. وقد شاركت في هذه الدورة ما يزيد عن خمسة وعشرين امرأة.
تضمنت الدورة سلسلة من المحاضرات التدريبية التي استمرت لمدة اثنتين وثلاثين ساعة، خلال الفترة من الحادي والعشرين حتى الثامن والعشرين من شباط لعام 2024، والتي تناولت كيفية التخطيط السليم لإنشاء مشروع ناجح، والتخطيط لمراحله المختلفة، وكيفية تجاوز العقبات التي قد تواجهه، وإدارته بشكل فعال. كما شملت الدورة محاضرات متخصصة في مجال التسويق.
في ختام الدورة، تم توزيع شهادات التخرج على المشاركات تقديراً لجهودهن وإنجازاتهن خلال فترة الدورة.
This training course was organized for female entrepreneurs in the Abu Al-Khasib district, on the outskirts of the city of Basra, with the aim of developing the capabilities of working women, owners of emerging projects, and those carrying entrepreneurial ideas. More than twenty-five women participated in this course.
The course included a series of training lectures that lasted for thirty-two hours, during the period from the twenty-first to the twenty-eighth of February 2024, which dealt with how to properly plan to create a successful project, plan its various stages, how to overcome the obstacles that may face it, and manage it effectively. The course also included specialized lectures in the field of marketing.
At the conclusion of the course, graduation certificates were distributed to the participants in recognition of their efforts and achievements during the course period.
