استقبل رئيس حركة بابليون السيد ريان الكلداني، في بغداد، وفداً دولياً ضم السيد سيورور سكاله عضو البرلمان الدنماركي، والدكتور كيم هارتزنر رئيس منظمة إنسانية في الدنمارك، والسيد بيرغير ثورارينسون عضو البرلمان الآيسلندي السابق، والسيد غسان فؤاد ساكا رئيس المجموعة الكندية التكاملية، والسيد نيلز بيركيموز نائب رئيس مجلس إدارة منظمة Mission10forty.
وجرى خلال اللقاء بحث الأوضاع السياسية والأمنية في العراق، والجهود التي تبذلها مؤسسات الدولة في تعزيز الاستقرار وترسيخ سيادة القانون، إلى جانب دعم التعايش السلمي وحماية التنوع الديني والقومي الذي يمثل إحدى ركائز قوة العراق ووحدته الوطنية.
وأكد السيد الكلداني أن العراق يشهد اليوم مرحلة مهمة من الاستقرار السياسي والأمني بفضل جهود مؤسسات الدولة، ودور الحكومة العراقية في دعم التنمية والخدمات، إلى جانب الدور الدستوري للمؤسسة القضائية في حماية القانون وصون حقوق المواطنين وتعزيز الثقة بمؤسسات الدولة.
وأشار إلى أن التعايش بين مختلف المكونات العراقية يمثل ثروة وطنية يجب الحفاظ عليها، وأن المرحلة الحالية تتطلب تعزيز الشراكة والتعاون بما يخدم مستقبل العراق واستقراره.
من جانبهم، أشاد أعضاء الوفد بالدور الذي يؤديه السيد ريان الكلداني وحركة بابليون في دعم التعايش والشراكة الوطنية وتعزيز الحوار بين المكونات العراقية، مثمنين الجهود الرامية إلى حماية التنوع وترسيخ الاستقرار والسلم المجتمعي.

Mr. Rayan Al-Kildani, Head of the Babylon Movement, received in Baghdad an international delegation that included Mr. Sjúrður Skaale, Member of the Danish Parliament; Dr. Kim Hartzner, President of a humanitarian organization in Denmark; Mr. Birgir Þórarinsson, former Member of the Icelandic Parliament; Mr. Khassan Saka, President of the Integrative Canadian Group Organization; and Mr. Niels Birkmose, Vice Chairman of the Board of Mission10forty.
The meeting discussed the political and security situation in Iraq, as well as the efforts of state institutions to strengthen stability, uphold the rule of law, support peaceful coexistence, and protect Iraq’s religious and ethnic diversity, which represents one of the pillars of the country’s unity and strength.
Mr. Al-Kildani emphasized that Iraq is witnessing an important phase of political and security stability thanks to the work of its state institutions, the efforts of the Iraqi government in promoting development and public services, and the constitutional role of the judiciary in safeguarding justice, protecting citizens’ rights, and strengthening confidence in state institutions.
He also stressed that coexistence among Iraq’s diverse communities is a national asset that must be preserved, and that the current stage requires greater partnership and cooperation to serve Iraq’s future and stability.
The delegation praised the role of Mr. Al-Kildani and the Babylon Movement in promoting coexistence, national partnership, and dialogue among Iraq’s various communities, commending their efforts to protect diversity and strengthen social peace and stability.
