تشكلت خلية إدارة الاصلاح من فريق رفيع المستوى من الأقتصاديين ورجال الدولة، ذوي الكفاءة والسمعة الدولية، برئاسة الأستاذ الدكتور علاء الساعدي وبموجب قرار مجلس الوزراء المرقم (50) لسنة 2021 لتنفيذ ومتابعة المشاريع و المستهدفات التي تضمنتها الورقة البيضاء للإصلاح الاقتصادي والمالي. The Reform Management Cell has been established by a team of high-level economists and statesmen, with eminent competence

and distinguished international reputation, headed by Prof. (50) for the year 2021 to implement and follow up on the White Paper objectives for Economic and Financial Reform.
