MSME – Development & Facilitation Office, Visakhapatnam, Ministry of MSME, Government of India, participated in the TB Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan by taking the TB Awareness Pledge at the office campus.
The programme was conducted to spread awareness about Tuberculosis (TB), promote early detection and treatment, and support the vision of a TB-Free India.
The initiative reaffirmed the commitment towards raising awareness on TB, reducing stigma, encouraging timely testing and treatment, and strengthening the mission of “TB Harega, Desh Jeetega.”

The PNB Mega MSME Outreach Programme 2026 was successfully conducted on 27th April 2026 at VASSIWA, Autonagar, Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam, with the theme “Strengthening MSMEs, Strengthening India.”

The programme focused on MSME credit support, financial inclusion, and banking opportunities for entrepreneurs and small businesses. Shri Senthil Kumar R, Joint Director, MSME–DFO Visakhapatnam, participated in the programme and interacted with MSMEs, bankers, and stakeholders.

The Distribution of Packaging Samples Programme for Gold & Silver Jewellery Artisans under the PM Vishwakarma Scheme was successfully conducted on 17th April 2026 at Hotel Kosala, Vijayawada by the Indian Institute of Packaging, Hyderabad, with MSME–DFO Visakhapatnam.

The programme focused on the importance of packaging in jewellery marketing, packaging design concepts, vendor guidance for packaging materials, and awareness on AI tools useful for artisans. Free packaging samples were distributed to eligible PM Vishwakarma Goldsmith artisans during the event.

More than 150 artisans participated in the programme, which provided valuable insights for improving product presentation, branding, and market value.

The PM Vishwakarma Exhibition-Cum-Trade Fair 2026 was successfully conducted on 27th–28th February 2026 at Vishwapriya Function Hall, Beach Road, Visakhapatnam, by the MSME – Development & Facilitation Office, Visakhapatnam, Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Government of India.

The exhibition celebrated the glorious legacy of Bharat’s artisans and craftspeople under the PM Vishwakarma Scheme, providing artisans with an opportunity to showcase their products and gain market exposure. The PM Vishwakarma Exhibition-cum-Trade Fair 2026, organised by the MSME – Development & Facilitation Office, Visakhapatnam, Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Government of India, was successfully held from 12th to 14th February 2026 at SKVT Government Degree College Grounds, Danavaipeta, Rajamahendravaram.

The exhibition celebrated the glorious legacy of Bharat’s artisans and craftspeople under the PM Vishwakarma Scheme. All 50 free stalls allocated to PM Vishwakarma beneficiaries were fully booked, and the event witnessed an encouraging public response with a large turnout of visitors.

The programme provided excellent opportunities for product display, market exposure, and direct customer interaction, strengthening the entrepreneurial ecosystem for traditional artisans.

We thank all participants, visitors, and stakeholders for making the event a grand success.

The MSME – Development & Facilitation Office, Visakhapatnam, Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, Government of India, participated in the One Day IP Awareness Program (IPR Component of MSME Innovative Scheme) held on 17th February 2026 at Saaveri Seminar Hall, Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam (SPMVV), Tirupati.

The programme was organised by MITS-IPFC, Madanapalle, in collaboration with TOCIC-SPMVV,
WIFI-SPMVV and DIO, Tirupati.

Shri Senthil Kumar R, Joint Director, MSME-DFO Visakhapatnam, attended the programme as the Chief Guest and addressed participants on various funding opportunities, MSME support schemes, and procedural aspects under the MSME Innovative Scheme, highlighting the importance of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) for research, innovation, and enterprise growth.
