Today, the district-level Joint Advisory Committee meeting of the Himachal Pradesh Non-Gazetted Employees Federation was held at the Bachat Bhawan under my chairmanship.
Officers from various departments, along with representatives of the non-gazetted employees’ unions of the district, actively participated in the meeting.
During the deliberations, several important issues related to non-gazetted employees were discussed in detail, including discrepancies in pay scales and allowances, matters concerning promotions and seniority lists, workplace safety, improvement of essential facilities, and the construction of an NGO building.
I have emphasised that employees play a vital role in the administrative framework, and their dedicated contribution is crucial in effectively implementing government policies and schemes at the grassroots level.
