To receive collect any gifts subscriptions and donation ether in cash or kind or acquire by any other lawful means and spend the same in fulfillment of all or any of the purpose of the Samiti. To acquire by purchase, take on lease, hire or by gift or otherwise and hold any movables or immovable properties or any other right or privileges that may be deemed necessary or useful for the advancement or the objects of the Samiti. To publish and or publishing books, pamphlets, periodicals and newspapers to sale or distribute
