A proud and memorable moment as the JCI India International Commission special publication “Beyond Borders” was formally released at the JCI India National Convention, symbolising India’s strong global footprint and international leadership journey.

The publication was released by Keisuke Shimoyamada, JCI World President, alongside Mark Joseph David, Executive Vice President, Shine T Bhaskaran, Past JCI World President, Kaveen Kumar Kumaravel, Immediate Past World President, Amael Aubert, National President of JCI Switzerland, Ankur Jhunjhunwala, National President of JCI India, Kengo Suzuki, JCI Vice President 2026, Anirudh Sistla, Past JCI Vice President, and Rekhesh Sharma, Immediate Past National President, JCI India.

Pleased to be part of the JCOM Head Table Training Program (HTTP) as the Chief Guest and to deliver a special session on Leadership.

My sincere appreciations to Zone President 2026, Jc Pramodh Kumar K, and JCOM Zone Chairman 2026, Jc Pradeep Kodali, for conceptualizing and executing this meaningful initiative focused on strengthening the leadership capabilities of Head Table leaders across all JCOM tables in Zone 26. Kudos to JCOM Vijayawada 2.0 for their excellent hosting and seamless arrangements.

Special compliments to Pilot Jc Babu K, who led the training exceptionally well, blending learning with practical, activity-based engagement that added real value to the participants.

The energy, involvement, and enthusiasm of the participants truly stood out reflecting the strong leadership pipeline being built within JCOM.
