ഭക്ഷ്യസുരക്ഷാ മാനദണ്ഡങ്ങൾ പാലിച്ച് സുരക്ഷിതമായ ഭക്ഷണം തയ്യാറാക്കുന്നതിനും വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനും ആവശ്യമായ നിർദേശങ്ങൾ ഉൾക്കൊള്ളുന്ന ബോധവത്കരണ പുസ്തകങ്ങൾ ഭക്ഷ്യസുരക്ഷാ ഓഫീസർമാർ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിലെ അധികൃതർക്ക് കൈമാറി.
