Our IHRD family came together to celebrate the spirit of Onam with incredible joy, laughter, and togetherness!

🎭 Highlights of the Day:
• Grand Opening: We were deeply honoured to have the Honourable Minister for Higher Education, Sri. Roji John, inaugurate our celebrations.

• Words of Wisdom: Inspiring and heartfelt Onam messages were shared by our Director, (Prof.) Dr. M V Rajesh, and Additional Director, Dr. V A Arunkumar.

• A big thank you to Smt. Latha Panicker (Administrative Officer), Smt. Preetha A (Finance Officer), and Sri. Hari Kumar T K (Financial Consultant) for joining the festivities alongside our wonderful staff!

🎨 From designing a stunning, colourful Pookkalam and singing traditional melodies to relishing a lip-smacking Ona Sadya 🍛 and competing in high-energy games, the festive spirit was truly unmatched!

Celebrating Freedom & Unity at IHRD Headquarters! 🇮🇳
The Institute of Human Resources Development (IHRD) marked the 79th Independence Day with great enthusiasm and patriotic pride at our Headquarters in Thiruvananthapuram.
The celebrations began with the hoisting of the National Flag by our Honorable Director, Dr. M. V. Rajesh, followed by his inspiring Independence Day address emphasizing the role of education and youth empowerment in nation-building.
Key officials—including the Administrative Officer, Finance Officer, and Project Coordinator—along with staff members, shared insightful messages reflecting on our collective responsibility toward national progress.
The morning was further brightened by beautiful patriotic songs performed by our talented team, creating an atmosphere of harmony, joy, and dedication.

കോളേജ് ഡെവലപ്‌മെന്റ് കൗൺസിൽ യോഗം

IHRD-യുടെ കീഴിലുള്ള കോളേജ് ഓഫ് അപ്ലൈഡ് സയൻസിൽ കോളേജ് ഡെവലപ്‌മെന്റ് കൗൺസിൽ യോഗം 2026 ആഗസ്റ്റ് 8-ന് ബഹുമാനപ്പെട്ട കേരള ജലവിഭവ വകുപ്പ് മന്ത്രി ശ്രീ. മോൻസ് ജോസഫ് അധ്യക്ഷനായി ചേർന്നു.

IHRD ഡയറക്ടർ ഡോ. രാജേഷ് എം.വി.യുടെയും കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പൽ ഡോ. സിന്ധുവിന്റെയും നേതൃത്വത്തിലാണ് യോഗം നടന്നത്.

കോളേജിന്റെ അക്കാദമികവും അടിസ്ഥാനസൗകര്യപരവുമായ വികസനം, വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളുടെ നൈപുണ്യവികസനം, തൊഴിൽ സാധ്യതകൾ എന്നിവ ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള വിവിധ വികസന വിഷയങ്ങൾ യോഗത്തിൽ ചർച്ച ചെയ്തു.

5 August 2026: It was a privilege to be part of the IEEE Kerala Section delegation that formally extended an invitation to the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Kerala, Shri V. D. Satheesan, to attend the IEEE International Symposium on Technology and Society (ISTAS 2026), scheduled to be held from 14–16 October 2026.

The meeting was also attended by Dr. M. V. Rajesh, Director, Institute of Human Resources Development (IHRD), underscoring the institution's commitment to advancing technology, innovation, and societal development through global collaboration.

We look forward to the Hon'ble Chief Minister's esteemed presence at this distinguished international forum on technology and society.

ഐ.എച്ച്.ആർ.ഡി.യുടെ കീഴിലുള്ള തൊടുപുഴ കോളേജ് ഓഫ് അപ്ലൈഡ് സയൻസിന്റെയും മുട്ടം ടെക്നിക്കൽ ഹയർ സെക്കൻഡറി സ്കൂളിന്റെയും വികസന സമിതി യോഗങ്ങൾ ഇന്ന് (03/08/2026) ഐ.എച്ച്.ആർ.ഡി. ഡയറക്ടർ ഡോ. എം. വി. രാജേഷ് അധ്യക്ഷനായി ചേർന്നു. യോഗത്തിൽ ബഹു. തൊടുപുഴ നിയോജകമണ്ഡലം എം.എൽ.എ. ശ്രീ. അപ്പു ജോൺ ജോസഫ് വിശിഷ്ട സാന്നിധ്യമായി പങ്കെടുത്തു. ഇരു സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളുടെയും അക്കാദമിക, അടിസ്ഥാന സൗകര്യ, ഭൗതിക വികസനം, വിദ്യാർത്ഥി ക്ഷേമം, ഭാവി വികസന പദ്ധതികൾ എന്നിവ സംബന്ധിച്ച് വിശദമായ ചർച്ചകൾ നടന്നു. വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ നിലവാരം കൂടുതൽ ഉയർത്തുന്നതിനും സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളെ മികവിന്റെ കേന്ദ്രങ്ങളാക്കി മാറ്റുന്നതിനുമുള്ള വിവിധ നിർദേശങ്ങൾ യോഗത്തിൽ രൂപീകരിച്ചു.

ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ട് ഓഫ് ഹ്യൂമൻ റിസോഴ്‌സ് ഡെവലപ്മെന്റിന്റെ (IHRD) കീഴിലുള്ള സ്ഥാപനമേധാവികളുടെ (Heads of Institutions) യോഗം 2026 ജൂലൈ 31-ന് കൊച്ചി തൃക്കാക്കരയിലെ മോഡൽ എൻജിനീയറിംഗ് കോളേജിൽ സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചു. യോഗം ബഹു. ഉന്നത വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ വകുപ്പ് മന്ത്രി ശ്രീ. റോജി എം. ജോൺ ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്തു. ഐ.എച്ച്.ആർ.ഡി. ഡയറക്ടർ പ്രൊഫ. (ഡോ.) എം. വി. രാജേഷ് അധ്യക്ഷത വഹിച്ചു. ചടങ്ങിൽ മോഡൽ എൻജിനീയറിംഗ് കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പൽ പ്രൊഫ. (ഡോ.) ജയചന്ദ്രൻ ഇ. എസ്. സ്വാഗതം ആശംസിച്ചു.

സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ വിവിധ ഐ.എച്ച്.ആർ.ഡി. സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിലെ മേധാവികൾ പങ്കെടുത്ത യോഗത്തിൽ ഉന്നത വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ മേഖലയിലെ നൂതന പദ്ധതികൾ, അക്കാദമിക് നിലവാര മെച്ചപ്പെടുത്തൽ, സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളുടെ ഭരണപരവും വികസനപരവുമായ വിഷയങ്ങൾ എന്നിവ ചർച്ച ചെയ്തു. ഡയറക്ടറുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ നടന്ന സംവാദത്തിൽ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളുടെ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ കൂടുതൽ കാര്യക്ഷമമാക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള നിർദേശങ്ങളും അഭിപ്രായങ്ങളും പങ്കുവെക്കപ്പെട്ടു

ഐ.എച്ച്.ആർ.ഡി. ഡയറക്ടറായി സ്ഥാനമേറ്റ അക്ഷരശ്ലോകകാരൻ കൂടിയായ ഡോ. എം. വി. രാജേഷിന്, വിദ്യാധിരാജാ അക്ഷരശ്ലോക സമിതിയുടെ സെക്രട്ടറി ശ്രീ. വേലപ്പൻ പിള്ള (റിട്ട. ഐ.എസ്.ആർ.ഒ.) തന്റെ കൈപ്പടയിൽ തയ്യാറാക്കിയ 'രാമായണസംഗ്രഹം' സ്നേഹസമ്മാനമായി ഇന്ന് സമർപ്പിച്ചു. ഈ അവസരത്തിൽ വിദ്യാധിരാജാ അക്ഷരശ്ലോക സമിതിയുടെ പ്രസിഡന്റ് ശ്രീ. രാമവർമ്മ (റിട്ട. എ.ജി.'സ് ഓഫീസ്), വൈസ് പ്രസിഡന്റ് ശ്രീ. ഗോപിനാഥ് (റിട്ട. ഐ.ജി.) എന്നിവരും സന്നിഹിതരായിരുന്നു.
