Cabinet Secretey, GoI and Health Secretary, GOI held a VC with all the Chief Secretaries, District Collectors and Superintendents of Police on 5/4/2020. It was primarily held to review the situation of COVID 19, the States’ preparedness and to invite suggestions from all stakeholders for better handling of this unprecedented crisis. Three presentations were finally selected from across the country, for best management practices and containment of COVID, and our district PATHNAMTHITTA ’s presentation was one of them. It is a matter of great pride for District Administration Pathnamthitta and our state Kerala, that we are able to lead this fight from the front.

Our SVEEP team arranged a Model Polling Station in Pushpagiri College of Pharmacy where students were explained the polling process and then a mock poll was conducted and managed by students themselves. It was an amazing event.👍👍 Thanks to the students and college administration for their help and support in organising the event. 😊🙏🙏

A Mini Marathon will be conducted on 7th April ie WORLD HEALTH DAY in Thiruvalla with twin motto of promoting healthy lifestyle and also creating awareness among the voters for the upcoming LokSabha Elections under the banner of SVEEP. All are welcome to join 🎈🎈

A competition is being organized under SVEEP (Systematic Voters' Education and Electoral Participation) for the Millennium Voters (Born in or after 2000 as they will be voting for the first time) for suggesting possible to encourage the people to vote for the upcoming Lok Sabha Election 2019. Please send your entries for suggesting to the following whats-app +91 6238508874 no. along with your Name and Contact Number. The entries should reach us before 30th March 2019 5 P. M. You can send only one entry from a phone number. The results will be announced on 2nd April 2019. The best hash-tag will be awarded a Certificate of Appreciation and Rs. 1000 as cash prize. This hashtag will be used subsequently by the voters of Tiruvalla LAC to encourage people to vote. The sub-collector, Tiruvalla in a public function, will distribute the prize.
