In the true spirit of fellowship, connection and collaboration, Bandhan-The Parivartan Nurturing Bond brought together the President Elects, spouses and zonal officials of Zones 2 & 4 for a warm and engaging afternoon hosted by the District Team under the visionary leadership of DGE Rtn Nilesh Jaywant and First Lady Rtn Dr. Kanchan Jaywant.
Held at the beautiful Cottage venue, the gathering was thoughtfully designed to go beyond formal introductions and create meaningful personal bonds amongst the future leaders of Rotary.
The afternoon commenced with a warm welcome and introductions over refreshing beverages, followed by an energetic icebreaker conducted by Principal Aide Rtn Neha Nimbalkar where participants introduced themselves.
The session instantly created an atmosphere of openness, positivity and belonging.
The highlight of the gathering was the informal and inspiring interaction titled Parivartan Ki Baat where DGE Rtn Nilesh Jaywant shared his vision for the Rotary year 2026-27 and emphasized the importance of unity, teamwork and leadership with purpose. First Lady Rtn Dr. Kanchan Jaywant beautifully spoke about spouse engagement, fellowship and the importance of nurturing relationships within the Rotary family.

An exciting bonding activity themed “We’re in this together” added energy and laughter to the afternoon as President Elects and District officials participated in mixed-group team activities aimed at breaking barriers and strengthening comfort levels. The activity perfectly reflected the essence of Bandhan creating connections that go beyond titles and roles.
The fellowship continued with networking over beverages, lively conversations and memorable photo sessions that captured the warmth and spirit of togetherness.
The event concluded with an open forum and lunch where valuable suggestions for the upcoming year were exchanged, district support systems were discussed and stronger bonds were forged amongst all attendees.
