MASTER MIND EVENTS
1. Single Presentation
Date: 17th Jan
Time: 11:00 am onwards
Entry Fees: N/A
1) Individual participant event
2) Participant should bring their own Pen Drives.
3) Presentation must be in M.S Power Point 2007

2. Udaan commodities Exchange
Date: 17th Jan
Time: 11:30 am onwards
Entry Fees: Rs.30 per team
1) 2 Member per team.
2) Participants will trade in commodities ( metals & non metals.)
3) Evaluation will be done on the criteria of profit earned.
4) Mock trade software will be used.
5) Other rules will be declared on spot.

3. Rajneeti

Date: 17th Jan
Time: 12:00 pm onwards
Entry Fees: Rs 50 Per Participants
1) Participants will use their convincing skills to convince students on the campus to vote for them.
2) Participants with the highest votes will be declared as the winner.
3) Individual participant event.

4. Group Presentation

1) Minimum 3 Maximum 5 Members per team
2) Presentation must be in M.S Power Point 2007

1) 2 members per Team.
2) 2 rounds (elimination & final)

6. Ulta Quiz
Date: 17th Jan
Time: 02:30 pm onwards
Entry Fees: Rs.30 Team
1) 2 members per Team.
2) 2 round :-elimination & final
Round 1:-
A)Questionnair will be provided with 50 questions each question will be opposite of each other
B)Both question will be opposite of each other
C)Top 5 will be selected for next round

Round 2:-
A) 2questions opposite separately will be ask to each team

7. After Sales Service

Entry Fees: N/A
1) 2 members per Team.
2) Customer are kings of the market & to prove this we have organized this event
Round 1 :- Participants as the redressal executives answers the complaints of the customers.
Round 2 :-Participants will answer the complaints of the customers as managers.
Participants will have to face the judges in both the rounds.
Formals are compulsory

8. Udaan stock Exchange
Date: 18TH Jan
Time: 10:00 am onwards
Entry Fees: Rs 50 per team
1) 2 Member per team.
2) Evaluation will be on the criteria of profit earned.
3) Mock trade software will be used.



9. Management Maestro
Date: 18th Jan
Time: 10:30 am onwards
Entry Fees: Rs.20 per participants
1) Management Maestro is a mock recruitment event.
2) Individual participant event.
3) Round1:-Management Quiz .
4) Round2:-Group Discussion .
5) Round3:-Mock Interview.
6) Formals are compulsory .
7) Participants must bring 3 copies of their Resume.

10. Udaan Tak (News Presenters)

Date: 18th Jan
Time: 09:00 am onwards
Entry Fees: N/A
1) Udaan tak is news presenters.
2) Individual participant event.
3) Round1:-Press Reporting
a)Participants will have to combine 2 different given events & prepare a news for a newspaper.
4)Round2:-Media Presenting
a)Participants will be judged by the panel of judges on their skill to present news on national television.
5)Formals are compulsory.

11. Initial Offering Gains. (IPO)
Date: 18TH Jan
Time: 01:00 pm onwards
Entry Fees: N/A
1) It is mock initial public offering.
2) Wherin participants will have to purchase at the time of IPOs.
3) On the basis of certain news, companies reports and balance sheet it get listed.
4) Evaluation will be made on highest profit earners.
5) Calculators must be carried by the participants.
6) 2Members per team.


12. Salesman of Udaan.
Date: 18TH Jan.
Time: 12:00 pm onwards
Entry Fees: Rs.20 team.
1) Marketing will be the prime objective of the participants.
2) Products will be given.
3) Participants will have to prepare a marketing strategy for the product.
4) Decision will be at judge’s discretion.
5) Participants can use free style of marketing i.e use of jingles, slogans, etc. is allowed.
6) 2 members per team.

13. Brand Housing.
Date: 17TH Jan.
Time: 02:00 pm onwards
Entry Fees: Rs 50 per team team
1) 2 persons per team.
2) Round1:- logo’s will be displayed & participants have to identify brand name.
3) Round2:- identify Jingles & Taglines.
4) Round3:- Brand Quiz
5) (-) Marking are their.

14. CURRENCY EXCHANGE
Date: 17TH Jan.
Time: 01:30 pm onwards
Entry Fees: Rs 30 per team.
1) Participants will trade in foreign currencies during the trading hours .
2) Evaluation will be on the criteria of profit earned.
3) Mock trade software will be used.
4) 2Members per team.

15. TREASURE HUNT
Date: 18th Jan
Time: 01:30 Pm onwards
Entry Fees: Rs 100 per team.
1) 5 Participants per team.
2) Maps will be provided.
3) Encoding the puzzles & reaching the spots is the biggest criteria.
