Gilbert John Mendonca was an Indian politician from Maharashtra who served as a member of the Maharashtra legislative Assembly from 2009 to 2014 representing the Mira-Bhayander constituency.

Gilbert John Mendonca, affectionately known as Gilbert Seth and recognized as a prominent figure in Mira-Bhayander, dedicated his efforts to enhancing transportation connectivity, infrastructure, and essential services such as water supply, drainage, and sanitation. His contributions to the development of the region will be remembered and valued by the residents of Mira-Bhayander.

I extend my sincere condolences to his family, friends, and loved ones. May his legacy continue to inspire, and may his memory provide comfort and strength during this difficult time.
