Glimpses of 88th Birthday celebration of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama organised at Lhagon Jangchup Choeling Monastery. The occasion was graced by Honourable Deputy Chief Minister Shri. Chowna Mein ji as chief guest along guest of honour, His Eminence Dzogchen Ganor Rinpoche. They were joined by the MLAs of Lohit (Shri. Karikho kri ji)and anjaw district (Shrimati. Dasanglu Pul ji).The other guests were ZPMs of Tezu and Sunpura region, DCs and SPs of Lohit and Namsai district, President of BJP Tezu wing, Dy SP, EACs, SIB officials and local leaders of Tezu area. All the guests were felicitated with mementos and cultural dance were presented to them. It’s also a joyous moment when our chief guest has sanctioned the following projects for the well being of the settlement-
1. Repairment of roads linking to market.
2. Installation of High Mast lighting to each and every camp.
3. Construction of community kitchen.
Even our chief guest was kind enough to donate a sum of Rs.3,00,000/-(Three lacs) towards the lunch and refreshments for two days birthday celebration.

Finally, I on behalf of the settlement would like to thank our chief guest and all other guests for accepting our invitation and attending the celebration to make it a grand success.

Congratulations to both of them and indeed a very good news and pride moment for all the settlers of the Settlement. Now the trend is changing and more focus has been provided by the parents to their children in terms of providing educational facilities and it’s one of the best investment of the world wherein return is 101% guaranteed. Finally, on behalf of the settlement would like to congratulate both of them, their respective parents and especially to all those teaching and non teaching staffs of the respective school for their marvellous achievements and wish them lots of success ahead in their future endeavours.

During the maiden visit of His Excellency Sikyong Shri. Penpa Tsering la, a project proposal for laying of tiles for LTA & BRDL office along with other project proposals of the settlement were submitted and hence it was graciously approved and the project has been executed from 25th April 2023 under the supervision of Mr. Chonga Tsering (LTA member) & Mr. Sonam Rinchen (BRDL member) respectively. Once the work is completed it will provide extra beautification to both the offices and shall be an asset addition to the settlement. Both the committee members are working under the supervision of Chairmen of LTA & BRDL office.

Consecration and inauguration of Settlement Tenkhang by His Eminence Dzogchen Ganor Rinpoche. We would like to thank all the donors for their generous donations and with your kind support now onwards the settlers wont face any sort of problem going to the Tenkhang for Sangsol even in rainy season. This is to announce to all the Dharma lovers that the settlers of Dhargyeling Tibetan settlement Tezu will be going to offer long life prayer offering (Tenshug) to His Eminence Dzogchen Ganor Rinpoche for his vast contributions for the well being of all sentient beings as well as performing various rituals and prayers annually especially for the well being of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama and the Tibetans around the world from 1st-3rd day of 2nd Month as per Tibetan Buddhist calendar. Few glimpses of visit of His Excellency Sikyong (President) of Central Tibetan Administration Shri. Penpa Tsering to Dhargyeling Tibetan Settlement Tezu on 2nd & 3rd November 2022. First and foremost, I on behalf of the settlement would like to thank from the core of my heart to Honorable Chief Minister, Shri. Pema Khandu and his government for providing logistic, security and other relevant amenities by declaring His Excellency Sikyong as State guest. I would also like to express my gratitude to Honorable MLA, Shri. Karikho Kri and his entire team as well as the district administration of Lohit District for their grand reception during the visit of His Excellency.Moreover, I would like to thank the settlement office, Governmental and non governmental associations of the settlement for their kind cooperation and efforts for making this a grand visit and we look forward to have His Excellency Sikyong again in the coming years for the benefit of the settlers and nation building process as a whole.
