ਮੋਗਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸੰਗਠਿਤ ਅਪਰਾਧ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਜਾਰੀ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਇੱਕ ਗੈਂਗ ਦੇ 03 ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਪਾਸੋਂ 02 ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਪਿਸਟਲ ਸਮੇਤ 15 ਰੌਂਦ (30 ਬੋਰ) ਅਤੇ 09 ਲੱਖ ਕੈਸ਼ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।ਇਸੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਤਫਤੀਸ਼ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਗੁਰਜੰਟ ਸਿੰਘ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਡੋਨੀ ਬੱਲ ਗੈਂਗ ਦਾ ਸ਼ੂਟਰ ਹੈ, ਵੱਲੋਂ ਰਿਕਵਰੀ ਸਮੇਂ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਪਰ ਫਾਇਰ ਕੀਤਾ,ਜਿਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਜਵਾਬੀ ਫਾਇਰਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਜਖਮੀ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਇਲਾਜ ਲਈ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਪੁਹੰਚਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।

ਇਸ ਵਾਰਦਾਤ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਪਿਸਟਲ ਅਤੇ 02 ਗੱਡੀਆਂ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ।

ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਰੋਸ਼ਨਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ, ਅਕਾਸ਼ਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਗੁਰਜੰਟ ਸਿੰਘ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਵਾਰਦਾਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੋੜੀਦੇ ਹਨ।ਅਗਲੇਰੀ ਤਫਤੀਸ਼ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੈ।

Under the ongoing campaign against organized crime, Moga Police has arrested 03 members of a notorious gang. During the operation, 02 foreign-made pistols, 15 live rounds (30 bore), and ₹9 lakh in cash were recovered from the accused.

During the investigation, accused Gurjant Singh, a shooter of the Doni Bal gang, opened fire on the police party during a recovery operation. In retaliatory fire, he was injured and immediately shifted to the hospital for treatment.

Following the incident, an additional foreign pistol and 02 vehicles were also recovered.

The arrested accused — Roshandeep Singh, Akashdeep Singh, and Gurjant Singh — are wanted in multiple criminal cases. Further investigation is underway.
