Basic Mountaineering Course 155 successfully concluded at Jawahar Institute of Mountaineering & Winter Sports (JIM&WS). The course witnessed enthusiastic participation from students representing different parts of the nation. The training was conducted in three phases—Rock Craft, Ice Craft, and the final phase at Machoi Glacier—providing participants with comprehensive exposure to mountaineering techniques, glacier travel, and high-altitude living.
The valedictory ceremony was graced by the Chief Guest, Colonel Hem Chandra Sing, Principal JIM&WS, and Colonel Vikas Dhuria (Retd.), who congratulated the participants and encouraged them to continue pursuing excellence in mountaineering and adventure sports.
