*Musuada Foundation, in collaboration with MF Productions, successfully organised “The Right Path” awareness programme today at Wanpora, Pulwama, under The Right Path Initiative.*
The programme witnessed active and enthusiastic participation from local youth and community members and was widely appreciated for its timely and impactful message.
The event focused on addressing two of the most serious challenges confronting today’s youth drug abuse and violence. Speakers highlighted that these growing social evils are steadily damaging the moral, physical, and social fabric of younger generations, making immediate, collective, and sustained action essential.
During the programme, speakers emphasised that preventing youth from falling into the trap of drugs, violence, and radicalisation is a shared responsibility of families, communities, educational institutions, and society at large. They stressed the urgent need to guide young people towards a positive, purposeful, and disciplined path so that they may emerge as responsible citizens and constructive contributors to society.
The programme coordinator also addressed the youth, urging them to actively participate in such awareness initiatives, whether organised under government platforms or by independent organisations. He stated that it is the moral duty of every citizen to support and engage in programmes aimed at safeguarding the future of youth and combating drug abuse.
On this occasion, several young individuals joined the organisation, expressing their commitment to stand with The Right Path initiative and to help extend its message to every youth. Coordinator Mujataba Sahab warmly welcomed the new members and expressed confidence that many more youths from Chadoora, Wanpora, Kuzweea, and Kanipora would join the organisation in the near future. He further stated that their formal induction would take place in the presence of the Chairperson, Mr. Umar Bhat.
The speakers also noted a growing public demand for the elimination of dangerous social evils such as drug abuse and radicalisation, and reaffirmed the collective resolve to ensure that youth remain on the right and constructive path.
The programme concluded with a strong message of hope, unity, and determination, reaffirming Musuada Foundation and MF Productions’ commitment to continuing such awareness and reformative initiatives. Through The Right Path, the organisers aim to empower youth with the right values, awareness, and direction, thereby ensuring a safer, healthier, and brighter future for coming generations.
