Mohammad Faheem Reshi, Social-Political Activist, Independent Contested Candidate from 25 Eidgah Constituency Srinagar, and Chairman of Greater Shah-re-Khaas, has extended his heartfelt greetings and warm wishes to the entire Muslim community and the people of Jammu and Kashmir on the auspicious occasion of Eid-ul-Adha.

In his message, Mohammad Faheem Reshi said:
"Eid-ul-Adha is a festival of sacrifice, compassion, faith and unity. It reminds us of the values of selflessness, brotherhood and helping those who are less fortunate. On this blessed occasion, I extend my sincere Eid Mubarak wishes to the whole Muslim Ummah and particularly to the people of Jammu and Kashmir."

He prayed for lasting peace, prosperity, communal harmony and progress across Jammu and Kashmir and hoped that the festival would strengthen bonds of love, mutual respect and social unity among people.
Mohammad Faheem Reshi further urged people to celebrate Eid with simplicity, kindness and care for the poor and needy, ensuring that the spirit of sharing and humanity remains at the heart of the celebrations.

He concluded by wishing good health, happiness and success to every family and prayed that Almighty Allah accepts the sacrifices and prayers of all.

Srinagar: Social–Political Activist and Contested Candidate from 25 Eidgah Constituency, Mohammad Faheem Reshi, who also serves as Chairman of Greater Shah-re-Khaas, today announced that he will contest the upcoming Panchayat and Urban Local Body (ULB) elections independently.
Reshi emphasized that his movement will prioritize new and local faces, giving genuine representation to grassroots voices that have long been ignored. He strongly criticized the prevailing system of dynastic (Khandani Raaj) politics in Jammu & Kashmir, stating that it has deprived deserving youth of leadership opportunities.
“We are committed to ending the adopted system of dynasty control. It is time to bring real change by empowering honest, capable, and local leadership,” Reshi said.
Calling for a shift towards youth-driven governance (Yuva Raaj), he questioned the continuation of traditional political patterns.
“Why should politics remain limited to dada–baap–beta–pota? This cycle must end. We will change the system and ensure equal opportunities for all,” he asserted.
Reshi further appealed to the public, especially the youth, to support this initiative for a transparent, accountable, and people-centric political system in Jammu & Kashmir.
