"Facing the unconstitutional rejection of our nomination in the North Kashmir parliamentary seat by the JK Awami Awaz party, we vow to uphold the principles of democracy and pursue all legal avenues to ensure fair representation of our people ,
Despite completing the nomination form as per the checklist issued by the Deputy Commissioner Baramulla / Returning officer Baramulla PC , we are shocked to hear about rejection of our Nomination form, We aren’t worried about it, it has motivated us further to fill the GAP and void amongst our people , we won’t be giving up on our stands of democracy and constitution we will fight in letter and spirit in the light of constitution. This rejection has helped us to become more firm in strengthening democracy at grassroot level , in future we will contest assembly elections of all seats of Kashmir region and we will be also contesting on all block / village / municipality level elections..
