Today, on 06/05/2026, a plantation drive was successfully organized at PM SHRI Girls High School Sumbal as part of the ongoing 100 Days Campaign against drug abuse. The programme was conducted in collaboration with the Forest Department, Bandipora.
During the event, both staff members and students participated with great enthusiasm and commitment. Various saplings were planted within the school premises, highlighting the importance of environmental conservation and promoting a healthy, drug-free lifestyle.
The Forest Department officials appreciated the initiative and guided the students on the importance of trees in maintaining ecological balance. They also emphasized how such activities help in building responsible and aware citizens.
