Cheerchest Connect The ACKHSA came into existence on May 15, 1983 and it is no secret that its path was never strewn with rose petals.

blishment of a Central University in Barak Valley, which ultimately became a reality. Presently ACKHSA is spearheading a movement for completion of Silchar-Lumding BG link and Silchar-Saurashtra Maha Sadak project, both being considered as life line of Southern Assam, Tripura, Mizoram and Manipur.
