The Office of the Chief Executive Officer, Cachar Zilla Parishad, Silchar invites applications for engagement of 1 (one) Fellow for Aspirational Block Programme, Lakhipur, Cachar, Assam for a period of 6 (six) months (F.Y. 2023-24) which may be further increased as and when required. All interested candidates are requested to submit the duly filled up applications in Standard Format with photocopies of all relevant documents in the Office of the Sub-Divisional Officer (Civil), Lakhipur Sub-Division, Cachar on or before 30th October, 2023. Candidates can e-mail the duly filled applications with documents at [email protected].

A ‘Two Days Mock Exercise on Earthquake Scenario’ wherein one table top exercise session was held in the Conference Hall of the Lakhipur Municipal Board and two field drill sessions were held in the Lakhipur Municipal Building and JNV Pailapool on 12th September, 2023 and 13th September, 2023 respectively. The programme was conducted by 1st NDRF Battalion, Patgaon, Guwahati in collaboration with DDMA, Cachar and Sub-Divisional Administration, Lakhipur.
