Today 27/10/25 a coordination meeting was held at the Soreng Ex-Army welfare Association the programme was grace by Rajya sabha secretary shri Bijay Basnet to discuss working towards the welfare of society and collaborating closely with the government. The meeting was attended by members of the association.

The primary focus of the meeting was on identifying areas where the association could contribute to the betterment of society, particularly in areas related to veterans' welfare, community development, and social initiatives. There was a consensus on the importance of working hand in hand with the government to maximize the impact of these efforts and ensure sustainable outcomes.
Several key points were discussed during the meeting, including:
Developing programs to support ex-servicemen and their families, providing them with essential services and resources.
