Under the able guidance of Addl. DGT, HP LSA -DoT, HP LSA team on 03.06.2026 visited the Gram Panchayat Bhattu Samula, Palampur, district Kangra to review the implementation progress under Amended BharatNet Program, to strengthen the rural connectivity. Discussions were also held with BSNL and team for effective Utilization of the APB network.

Under the able guidance of the Addl. DGT, Himachal Pradesh LSA-DoT, HP LSA team visited the 4G Saturation site Saila (Chowari), Dalhousie on 02.06.2026. The site is located at around 1.5 KM non motorable hilly terrain. The site is providing 4G mobile connectivity to around 10 nearby villages, significantly enhancing digital connectivity and communication services in the area.

Under the able guidance of the Addl. DGT, Himachal Pradesh LSA -DoT, HP LSA team visited the 4G Saturation site at Utip, District Chamba on 01.06.2026. The site is located on non motorable steep hilly terrain. The site is providing 4G mobile connectivity to around 10 nearby villages, significantly enhancing digital connectivity and communication services in the area.

On dated 01.06.2026 a meeting was held under the Chairmanship of DC Chamba on the Telecom related issues. The matter related to pending 4G saturation sites and issue in one new site, Amended BharatNet Program, RoW issues, CBuD App uses, early restoration of telecom network in disaster were discussed in the meeting.
