Dubbi Bidarkha(Banas) is a village in India and is located in the Sawai Madhopur taluk/mandal/tehesil, Sawai Madhopur district, in the state of Rajasthan. There are two most famous places ,one is Kala Khejda Aashram & another is Chandan Peer Baba. आजकल हमारी दैनिक जीवन में विभिन्न बदलाव हुए हैं जिसके कारण गाँव के लोगों में भी कई गंभीर बीमारियों ने वास कर लिया है, उनमें से एक है - ह्रदयाघात / हार्ट अटैक/ हृदय अपघात.
किसी भी स्वस्थ व्यक्ति को ये कभी भी, कही भी आ सकता है। जिस व्यक्ति को हार्ट अटैक आता हैं, उसके आसपास में मौजूद व्यक्तियों में से किसी को भी सी. पी. आर. देना आता है तो हम उस व्यक्ति की जान बचा सकते हैं। सी पी आर देने के लिये कोई विशेषज्ञ डॉक्टर की जरूरत नहीं होती हैं, आप - हम में से कोई भी व्यक्ति ये दे सकता है। सी पी आर देने का तरीका इस वीडियो में अच्छे से समझाया गया है, आप से निवेदन है कि इस से सीखें और अपने आस पास में जो भी लोग हैं उनके साथ भी जानकारी साझा करें। आजकल गांव में भी सोशल मीडिया पूरी तरह से पहुंच गया है, लेकिन फिर भी आपके परिवार और पड़ोस में निरक्षर व्यक्ति को भी हार्ट अटैक के लक्षण तथा सी पी आर देने का तरीका जरूर बतायें। आप से विनती है कि गांव के सभी लोगों तक जानकारी पहुँचाये, जिससे कि किसी का जीवन बचाया जा सके।
