It is run by Bhai Gurdas Technical Educational Trust (Regd.) which is a non-government organization working towards empowering both rural & urban communities by increasing their access to education. It is a co-educational institute. The institute provides an ideal atmosphere for the development of teaching personality and communication skills. It will surely keep pace with the ever-changing global scenario to provide the best facilities to the students and teachers in order to make them successful professionals. Special emphasis will be laid on co-curricular activities, social service and moral values to ensure the allround development of the personality of the student teachers.

ਭਾਈ ਗੁਰਦਾਸ ਇੰਸਟੀਚਿਊਟ ਆਫ਼ ਐਜੂਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ, ਐਨਐਸਐਸ ਅਤੇ ਰੈੱਡ ਰਿਬਨ ਕਲੱਬ ਦੇ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਨਾਲ 'ਗ੍ਰੀਨ ਦੀਵਾਲੀ' ਮਨਾਉਣ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੀ.ਐੱਡ. ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ 'ਗ੍ਰੀਨ ਦੀਵਾਲੀ' ਮਨਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਣ ਲਿਆ।

BGGI celebrated New Year with a special event honouring our late Founder Chairman, S.Hakam Singh Jawandha. This programme was organised at BGGI on 1st January 2025 to kickstart 2025 altogether. The programme was graced by the presence of all the Dignitaries Dr.Guninderjit Singh (Chairman BGGI), Madam Baljinder Kaur Jawandha (Secretary BGGI), Dr. Prof. Tanuja Srivastava (Campus Director). All the dignitaries and principals started the event with Deep Jagran and cake cutting ceremony and marks the arrival of Fresh New Year by bidding goodbye to the previous year 2024. All the members of BGGI were cordially invited to celebrate this event. On this occasion, Dr. Guninderjit Singh Jawandha (Chairman BGGI) & Dr. Suvreet Kaur Jawandha (MD & Executive Member BGGI) and Dr. Prof. Tanuja Srivastava (Campus Director) congratulated all the BGGI family for made the last year a great successive year and for transforming the lives of its students.

Just wanted to give a shoutout for the awesome stress management lecture we had at our college. It went so smoothly, and I genuinely appreciate all the hard work put in by everyone involved to make it happen. It was such a valuable session, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to learn more about managing stress effectively.
