We are sad to announce the passing of Shri Yuvraj Singh Sambyal S/o Sh Kawla Singh of Mandi Sangwali , Samba. At present he was residing in Jindrah(Jakheri), Jammu.

After serving in Indian Army for decades , he volunteered his services at Adarsh Vidya Peeth Hr Sec School as a Physical training instructor(PTI).

Today evening he passed away surrounded by their loved ones. The last rites (sanskar) will be held at Jindrah Shamshan Ghat tomorrow 20 April at 12:00 PM.

Promoting Women's Football in Samba District! 🌟

In a groundbreaking initiative at Thalora Mandi, Samba, Chandan FC, in collaboration with District Football Association - Samba, orchestrated a Girls Exhibition Football Match at Ramlila Ground. The event aimed to bolster women's football in Samba district, under the guidance of DFA Samba.

Aman Singh Sambyal, President/Coach of Chandan FC and Treasurer of DFA Samba, led the organization. The presence of Sh. Chander Uday Singh Sambyal, President of DFA Samba, along with other esteemed individuals, added significance to the occasion.

SSP Samba, Sh. Benam Tosh, inaugurated the match, offering words of encouragement to both players and organizers. The thrilling contest saw Team Orange triumph 3-0 against Team Green, with Manvika Sambyal, Shivali Devi, and Sneha Rani scoring goals.

Miss Neetika Thapa, coach from Khelo India Center - Hiranagar, accompanied the teams. The event garnered support from various senior citizens of Mandi Thalora and its surroundings.

DySP Hqtr Samba, Sh. Bhisham Dubey, closed the event with the distribution of certificates and trophies, praising Aman Singh Sambyal for his commendable initiative in promoting youth football. He emphasized the importance of such contributions in keeping the youth engaged in sports and away from societal challenges.
