गढ़ माटी संगठन द्वारा रुद्रप्रयाग के बेला गाँव में नमामि गंगे व भारतीय वन्य जीव सरक्षण के तत्वाधान मे गंगा प्रहरी प्रशिक्षण के अंतर्गत महिलाओं को धूप ,अगरबत्ती व मोमबत्ती बनाने का प्रशिक्षण दिया जा रहा है जिसमें महिलायें बढ़-चढ़ कर भाग ले रही हैं तथा इस प्रशिक्षण के माध्यम से स्वरोज़गार के अवसर प्राप्त कर महिला सशक्तिकरण को बल मिलेगा।
