🌿✨ Eco Fest 2026 – Promoting Skill, Sustainability & Reconnecting Community ✨🌿

Eco Fest 2026 was successfully organized at Government College of Pharmacy Rohru, bringing together students, faculty, and adopted villages in a vibrant celebration of sustainability and innovation.

We were honored to have N. Ravisankar, DCF Rohru, as the Chief Guest, who appreciated the enthusiastic efforts of young minds working towards a greener future.

The event was jointly coordinated by the Eco Energy Club and Unnat Bharat Abhiyan. The adopted villages under Unnat Bharat Abhiyan actively participated and set up their stalls, strengthening the bond between the college and community.Highlights of the Fest:

The Second Alumni Talk of the session was successfully conducted today at Government College of Pharmacy, Rohru. The event was inaugurated by Dr. Pankaj Sharma (Assistant Professor) , President, Alumni Association, and coordinated by Ms. Chetna Jhagta (Assistant Professor), General Secretary and Incharge, Alumni Association.

The session featured our proud alumnus Dr. Sandeep Kumar (Batch 2005–2009), from the first batch of GCP Rohru, who is currently serving as Director, Quotient Sciences, United Kingdom.

Dr. Sandeep Kumar shared his inspiring journey from college life to professional excellence, motivating students to pursue their goals with passion, perseverance, and purpose.

A heartfelt vote of thanks was delivered by Dr. Pankaj Sharma, who expressed gratitude to the Director-cum-Principal, faculty members, students, and the guest speaker for making the session insightful and engaging.

We are thrilled to share the highlights of our successful National Conference entitled "Integrated Approaches in Drug Development: From Molecular Discovery to Therapeutic Formulation" held on 27th September 2025 through virtual mode. The conference brought together esteemed academicians, researchers, and students for a day of knowledge exchange and inspiration.
🎉 The conference commenced with an Opening Address by Mrs. Chetna Jhagta (Assistant Professor), Joint Organizing Secretary, followed by a formal Inauguration by Shri Akshay Sood (HPAS) Director Technical Education Himachal Pradesh.
👋 Our respected Director/Principal, Dr. Vivek Kumar Sharma, extended a heartfelt welcome to all dignitaries, speakers, and participants, setting the tone for an intellectually enriching day.

🎨 The Poster Presentation Session was jointly coordinated by Mrs. Chetna Jhagta and Mr. Pankaj Jinta, and evaluated by an esteemed panel of judges:
