Systematic Voters’ Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) is a multi-intervention program that reaches out through different modes and media to educate citizens, electors, and voters about the electoral process in order to increase their awareness and participation. Increasing electoral participation through voter registration and turnout.
2. Increasing qualitative participation in terms of

ethical and informed voting.
3. Continuous electoral and democracy education.

व्यवस्थित मतदाता शिक्षा और चुनावी भागीदारी (स्वीप) एक बहु-हस्तक्षेप कार्यक्रम है जो नागरिकों, मतदाताओं और मतदाताओं को उनकी जागरूकता और भागीदारी बढ़ाने के लिए चुनावी प्रक्रिया के बारे में शिक्षित करने के लिए विभिन्न तरीकों और मीडिया के माध्यम से पहुंचता है।

मिशन:-
1. मतदाता पंजीकरण और मतदान के माध्यम से चुनावी भागीदारी बढ़ाना।
2. नैतिक और सूचित मतदान के संदर्भ में गुणात्मक भागीदारी बढ़ाना।
3. सतत चुनावी और लोकतंत्र शिक्षा।

विशेष संक्षिप्त पुनरीक्षण कार्यक्रम 2023 के अंतर्गत फोटोयुक्त मतदाता सूचियों का प्रारूप प्रकाशन ऑनलाइन, सभी मतदान केंद्रों और निर्वाचक रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिकारी/सहायक निर्वाचक रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिकारियों के कार्यालयों में दिनांक 05-04-2023 को कर दिया गया है। लोकतन्त्र की सुदृढ़ता हेतु त्रुटिरहित एंव नवीनतम फोटोयुक्त मतदाता सूची तैयार करने में आपका पूर्ण सहयोग वांछित है। मतदाता सूची में अपना नाम देखने के लिए क्लिक करें -https://electionhp.gov.in/pscd/PDFeroll.aspx

मतदान से पूर्व, मतदान ड्यूटी पर तैनात कर्मिकों और सेवा मतदाता को पोस्टल बैलेट के माध्यम से मतदान की सुविधा प्रदान की गई। जारी किए गए मतपत्रों में से 56044 वापिस प्राप्त हो गए हैं। शेष कर्मियों से आग्रह किया जाता है कि वे इसे समय पर भिजवा दें।

ETPBS (Electronically Transmitted Postal Ballot System) facility is provided to service voters for their participation in Electoral Process. It enables the voters to cast their vote on an electronically received postal ballot and send through postal department from their place of posting itself.
