NSS Annual Special Camp 2026 โ€“ Day 7 (Final Day) โœจ

The seventh and final day of the NSS Annual Special Camp was a memorable and fulfilling conclusion to this yearโ€™s journey. The day was graced by the presence of our Special Guests, along with our respected Principal Sir and both Programme Officers, whose constant support and guidance made this camp successful.

The day was marked by a meaningful tree plantation program, where the Principal Sir, Programme Officers, and Special Guests actively participated, symbolizing our commitment towards a greener and healthier environment. It was a proud and responsible initiative taken by all the volunteers.

The closing day was beautifully celebrated through a series of lectures and cultural performances, showcasing the talents, unity, and spirit of the volunteers. The cultural program added joy and emotion to the moment, making the ending of the camp truly special.

With learning, service, dedication, and togetherness, we successfully concluded this yearโ€™s Annual Special Camp. The experience, memories, and values gained during these days will continue to inspire us in the future.

NSS Annual Special Camp 2026 โ€“ Day 6 โœจ

The sixth day of the NSS Annual Special Camp began with a disciplined and energetic start through flag hoisting, creating a sense of unity and responsibility among the volunteers. The morning session continued with a refreshing and peaceful combination of meditation and mindfulness practices, helping everyone stay focused, calm, and motivated for the day ahead.
Later, the volunteers visited the adopted village, where they actively participated in teaching and guiding children. This meaningful initiative reflected the true spirit of NSS, as volunteers dedicated their time to support education and inspire young minds toward a brighter future.
The day also included an awareness rally conducted in the village, aimed at spreading important social messages and encouraging community participation. Through this rally, volunteers raised awareness on key issues and promoted the values of social responsibility and development among the local people.

โœจ NSS Annual Special Camp 2026 โ€“ Day 5 โœจ

The fifth day of the NSS Annual Special Camp began with flag hoisting by the Programme Officer, setting a positive and disciplined tone for the day. The session started with a refreshing and mindful combination of yoga and meditation, promoting both physical fitness and mental well-being among the volunteers.

The day was further enriched by the presence of Mr. Shailesh Kumar Rai, Youth Officer from the Regional Directorate, Kolkata, NSS West Bengal. He delivered a highly motivating session, inspiring volunteers with his words and sharing valuable insights about the importance, responsibilities, and impact of NSS in shaping youth and society.

Additionally, we were honored to have Dr. Bhaswati Roy (PhD, MBA-HRM, MA, MPhil in Industrial Sociology), who conducted an insightful seminar on leadership. Her session was filled with practical knowledge, guiding volunteers on how to develop leadership qualities, take initiative, and create a positive impact in society.

Overall, the fifth day was a perfect blend of mindfulness, motivation, and leadership learning, making it a truly enriching experience for all NSS volunteers.

This was followed by a cleanliness drive within the college campus, where volunteers worked together with dedication to maintain a clean and healthy environment. The program officially commenced with flag hoisting by the Programme Officer, setting the tone for the dayโ€™s activities.

Later, an informative seminar session was conducted by the esteemed guests from The DROP Organizationโ€”Amit Barnwal (Commercial Manager), Raj Singh (Relationship Manager), and Roshan Burnwal (Chief Executive Officer). They delivered an engaging and insightful session on cyber security, spreading awareness about online safety, digital responsibility, and the importance of protecting oneself in the digital world. The third day successfully blended health, service, and knowledge, making it another impactful and enriching experience for all the volunteers.

The second day of the NSS Annual Special Camp at Triveni Devi Bhalotia College was conducted with great energy and dedication. The day began with flag hoisting by the Programme Officer, setting a disciplined and enthusiastic tone for the activities ahead. This was followed by an insightful seminar session, graced by our esteemed Chief Guest, Dr. Partha Sarathi De, Associate Professor from the Department of Botany, Sonamukhi College, Bankura. He delivered an enlightening speech on environmental awareness, emphasizing the importance of protecting nature and adopting sustainable practices in our daily lives.

After the seminar, the volunteers actively participated in the Adopted Village program, where a cleanliness drive was carried out successfully. The initiative reflected the true spirit of NSS, as volunteers worked together to promote hygiene, awareness, and community service. The event was graced by several esteemed guests whose words deeply motivated the volunteers. The Principal of BB College, Amitavu Basu, spoke about how NSS plays a vital role in shaping an individualโ€™s personality and overall development. NSS Programme Officer Animesh Mondal shared valuable insights into the history, motto, and functioning of NSS, emphasizing the importance of the Annual Special Camp. Dr. Sandip Sen highlighted the true meaning of the NSS motto โ€œNot Me But Youโ€ and extended his best wishes for the camp. Dr. Subrata Chakraborty focused on the importance of personal discipline, responsibility, and contributing positively to both family and society, while also encouraging volunteers to enhance their impact through meaningful NSS activities. During the camp, he actively engaged in a variety of meaningful activities including seminars, group discussions, cultural performances, rangoli competitions, and team-building sessions. These activities provided a platform to enhance his skills, broaden his perspective, and strengthen the spirit of national unity and social responsibility.
