Rotaract Club of St. Xavier's College, Ranchi Rotaract club of St. Xavier's College aims at working for the welfare of society and developing the skills of its members.

"Rotaract" stands for "Rotary in Action", although the name originally comes from a combination of "Rotary" and "Interact" (International + Action), created by Rotary International in 1962. The purpose of Rotaract is to provide an opportunity for young men and women to enhance the knowledge and skills that will assist them in personal development, to address the physical and social needs of their

communities, and to promote better relations between all people worldwide through a framework of friendship and service.

Every drop counts, every donor matters.

On 14th March 2026, the Rotaract Club of St. Xavier’s College, Ranchi under MAHADAAN 11.0, in collaboration with Bfactory Ranchi, successfully organized a Blood Donation Camp collecting 12 units of blood to support 40+ lives while spreading awareness about how one donation can save up to 3 lives.

Each donor was honoured with a momento, refreshments, and a certificate of appreciation for their selfless contribution, where every unit donated became a symbol of hope, strength, and support for someone in need.

“Where hidden talents found their spotlight.”

On 9th March, 2026, the Rotaract Club of St. Xavier’s College under Project ACE organised Chapter 3: THE FINAL SUMMIT – Mic Drop Night, a virtual platform where confidence met creativity. The event witnessed participation from enthusiastic members and was judged by Rtr. Animesh Kumar, Past Project ACE Head.

The evening featured poetry, rap, instrumental performances, and storytelling, where members showcased their talents with passion and expression. The event concluded with applause, appreciation, and memorable performances.

"Sports build strength, character, and team spirit.”

On 2nd March 2026, the Rotaract Club of St. Xavier’s College, Ranchi, under its Youth Service Avenue, organised a joyful Sports Day for Children at Tharpakna School, bringing together energy, enthusiasm, and countless smiles.

Fun activities like the Lemon Spoon Race, Jalebi Race, and Three-Legged Race filled the day with laughter while encouraging teamwork, sportsmanship, and active participation. The event concluded on a cheerful note, leaving every child smiling and turning the day into a beautiful celebration of joy and togetherness.
