Public library Rampura Phul set up in 1939 (before indipendence) is a heritage library of freedom struggle.The collection of the books in this library is around 19000,it houses books of all languages like English,Hindi, Punjabi & Urdu.Apart from books,the library itself offers a range of resources including newspapers & magazines.
Books are issued only to the subscribers,the yearly subscription fee is rs 150/- only & the security amount is rs 500/-, which is refundable.Non subscribers can also read the books, magazines & newspapers in the library hall without any subscription (free of charge).The library hall of books is air conditioned.
The library is situated in the main chowk of Rampura Phul.
