इस आतंकी का नाम Rocky Rana है और यह दिल्ली में रहता है। यह खुद को गौरक्षक कहता है।

यह हमेशा गाय बचाने के नाम पर मुसलमानों को परेशान करता है और उन्हें मारता-पीटता है, उनके वीडियो बनाता है और अपने सोशल मीडिया अकाउंट पर अपलोड करता है।

यह दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है कि इस तरह के अपराधी खुलेआम घूम रहे हैं और प्रशासन उनके खिलाफ कोई कार्रवाई नहीं कर रहा है।
