Minga Sherpa Takes Charge as Deputy Commissioner Udhampur

Udhampur, February 26: Minga Sherpa today formally assumed charge as the new Deputy Commissioner of Udhampur, succeeding Saloni Rai.

On the occasion, Additional Deputy Commissioner Prem Singh, Assistant Commissioner Revenue Dr. Umesh Shan, Chief Planning Officer Uttam Singh, along with other district and sectoral officers, were present.

Soon after taking charge, the Deputy Commissioner held an introductory meeting with officers of the District Administration. He stressed the need for coordinated efforts, transparency in governance, and timely public service delivery to ensure the overall development of the district.

Outgoing Deputy Commissioner Saloni Rai extended her best wishes to the new DC and expressed confidence that Udhampur would continue to move forward under his leadership.
