دفعہ 370 اور 35 اے کی بحالی کے مدعے پر مینڈیٹ حاصل کرنے والی جماعت نے اپنی وزارتِی کونسل کی پہلی میٹنگ میں جو قرارداد پاس کی ہے اس میں اس غیر معمولی اور حساس نوعیت کے مدعے کو یکسر فراموش کر کے صرف ریاست کی بحالی کی بات کی ہے۔ 5 اگست 2019 کی غیر معمولی ڈویلپمنٹ کے بعد یہ پہلی اسمبلی و سرکار ہے۔ یقیقا اس نئی شروعات کی الگ سے تاریخ رقم ہوگی جس کا آنے والے حالات پر گہرا اثر ہوگا نیز آنے والی نسلیں بڑے غور سے اس نئی تاریخ کا مطالعہ بھی ضرور کریں گی۔
