যারা kutchina ওয়াটার purifier কিনবো ভাবছেন তারা একটু ভেবে কিনবেন। আমরা কিনে খুব প্রবলেম এ পড়েছি। আমাদের machine এর প্রবলেম ঠিক হচ্ছে না। মাঝে মাঝেই কখনো তলা দিয়ে কখনো সাইড দিয়ে জল পড়ছে । টেকনিশিয়ান আসছে ঠিক করে দিয়ে যাচ্ছে আবার এক ই প্রবলেম। permanent সমাধান হচ্ছে না।মাসে 2/3 বার টেকনিশিয়ান পাঠাচ্ছে। machine change করে দিতে বললে কথার কোনো গুরুত্ব দিচ্ছে না। 7_8 মাস হলো কেনা। এইভাবে 1 টা kuchina faulty purifier niye khub সমস্যায় পড়েছি।
