The Pangrachulla peak trek is approximately 15000 feet above the sea-level and you can find a lot of snow till late May. The difficulty level to climb the peak varies according to the month you choose. The best time to climb the Pangarchulla peak is from April to May. Our Multi-Sport Trips are typically built around our Eco Lodges & Camps. At other locations during the trip we also like to give our clients some interesting accommodation options like forest guesthouses, homestays, etc. In wilderness areas we give our clients an experience of camping out on their own. On such occasions we use the best quality 3/4 season expedition tents (Mountain Hardwear, Black Diamond Bibler tents or similar). We carry a mess tent which becomes a place for everyone to sit together and enjoy a meal or have a conversation. Also provided are camping stools, tables & lamps. Clients are also provided warm sleeping bags. Equal emphasis is given to the location of the campsite as this adds to the wilderness experience.
Meals are generally catered for throughout the trip. We decide the menu being aware that there are going to be some young kids on board. Our meals are normally a mix of Indian, local, Chinese & Continental cuisines and our expert chefs can rustle up some great local delicacies too.
Guide: All our mountain guides, river guides & biking guides hail from different parts of the Indian Himalayas and have undergone professional training courses in their respective fields. They are well versed with the local culture and are sure of the routes. Also they are always willing to lend a hand if one were slightly uncomfortable in any situation. They are fluent in English language and are always forthcoming with interesting lore and information on local history, culture and practices.
