Where Nature and Healing Grow Together

Sunad Garden was born out of a quiet, thoughtful observation by Dr. Vidyadhar Kumbhar, an experienced Ayurvedic physician and clinical research

er. Many patients came to him not just with health concerns—but also with confusion. They had gone through different treatments, sometimes receiving incomplete health analysis, overlapping medications, or facing uncertainty about how to take care of themselves naturally. Most of them truly wanted to live healthier lives, but didn’t know where to begin. During COVID-19, Ayurveda gained global attention—but not always with the clarity it deserved. Misinterpretations, quick fixes, and mixed messages about Ayurvedic concepts like immunity and herbs created more doubt than confidence among people. It was in this time of reflection and learning that the seed of Sunad Garden was planted. Dr. Kumbhar asked himself a simple question: “Can we simplify Ayurveda? Can we make it personal, practical, and deeply rooted in daily life?”

That’s when Sunad Garden took shape—not just as a platform, but as a movement. He envisioned a space where people could: Understand their own body better through graph-based Ayurvedic analysis

Receive gentle, clear guidance on how to eat, live, and heal
And most uniquely—grow herbs and plants in their own homes, based on their personal health needs
The idea was simple yet powerful:
Let nature do what it does best—heal. And let Ayurveda guide it, the right way. Today, Sunad Garden combines ancient Ayurvedic knowledge with modern tools and plant-based wellness. Whether it’s a customized health report, a pot of Tulsi on your balcony, or a delicious home remedy from our Roti Mix or Saptaposhak Atta, every part of Sunad Garden is designed to bring you back to balance—gently, naturally, and confidently.

YOUR SCALE IS LYING ⚖️

Have you ever stepped on a scale, seen the number go down, and felt proud?

What if that number wasn't telling you the full story?

Many weight-loss approaches focus only on reducing body weight. But the body is much more than a number on a machine. Rapid dieting, meal skipping, excessive exercise, or following trends without understanding your body's needs can sometimes lead to the loss of valuable tissues instead of healthy fat.

According to Ayurveda, the body is sustained by a series of nourishing tissues known as Dhatus. These tissues provide structure, strength, vitality, immunity, and long-term health.

When weight loss is not properly managed, the body may begin losing:
🦴 Asthi Dhatu (Bone Tissue)
Reduced bone nourishment can affect strength, stability, and long-term skeletal health.
🩸 Rakta Dhatu (Blood Tissue)
Poor nourishment may impact ferritin levels, energy, stamina, and overall vitality.
💪 Other Body Tissues (Dhatu Kshaya)
Weakness, fatigue, reduced resilience, and poor recovery can occur when the body is deprived of proper nutrition.

The goal should never be to become lighter at any cost.

The goal should be to become:
✅ Stronger
✅ Better nourished
✅ More energetic
✅ More resilient
✅ Healthier from within

A healthy body is not built by starving it.
A healthy body is built by understanding it.

At Sunad Garden, we encourage a deeper approach to wellness—one that looks beyond the weighing scale and helps you understand the condition of your body's tissues, nourishment, and overall health.

🌿 Before starting your next weight-loss journey, ask yourself:
"Am I losing fat, or am I losing my health?"

📍 Take the first step toward informed wellness.
📞 Connect with Sunad Garden today and learn how understanding your body's tissue health can help you make safer, smarter, and more sustainable health decisions.

Hair loss isn’t just a hair problem.

Excess heat, poor circulation, and buildup can all play a role.

Instead of constantly changing products—
focus on restoring balance, inside and out.

Because strong roots don’t come from quick fixes.

Plants don’t thrive on surprises.
They grow with rhythm, routine, and care. 🌱
Random watering, sudden fertilizers, or last-minute attention only stress them.
Just like us, plants need consistency to stay healthy.
At Sunad Garden, we believe:
👉 Routine care = long-term growth
Because healthy plants are not accidents.

Tune into Nature's Rhythm with the Ayurvedic Dosha Clock! ✨

Ever wonder why your energy ebbs and flows throughout the day? Ayurveda has a beautiful explanation: the Dosha Clock. Our bodies are deeply connected to the cycles of nature, and each part of the day is governed by the energy of a specific dosha—Vata, Pitta, or Kapha.

By aligning our daily routine with this natural clock, we can enhance our digestion, boost energy, and promote overall well-being.

Here’s a simple guide to the rhythm of the day:

🌿 Kapha Time (6 am - 10 am & 6 pm - 10 pm)

Morning: The body can feel heavy. It's a great time for exercise to get energized.

Evening: Time to wind down. A light dinner and relaxing activities are ideal.

🔥 Pitta Time (10 am - 2 pm & 10 pm - 2 am)

Daytime: Your digestive fire (Agni) is strongest! This is the best time for your largest meal.

Night: Your body is in a deep cleansing and metabolic state. It's crucial to be asleep during this time.

💨 Vata Time (2 pm - 6 pm & 2 am - 6 am)

Afternoon: A period of active, creative energy. Perfect for brainstorming and movement.

Early Morning: The time of dreams and spiritual awareness. Waking up during this "Amrit Vela" is considered highly auspicious.

Living in sync with this clock is a powerful way to cultivate balance from within. Which dosha time do you feel the most? Let us know in the comments! 👇
