As part of the Pan-India Rescue and Rehabilitation Drive for Children in Street Situations a series of drives is being conducted across Pulwama. The campaign will continue till the end of this month. People are being made aware of the dangers of child labour and child begging. They are also being informed about the need to protect children from exploitation and abuse. The public is encouraged to support the department in identifying children in vulnerable situations and ensuring their safety care and rehabilitation.
