🏗️ Breaking Barriers: India’s First Women Excavator Operators!

History was made at the ASTI-National Academy of Construction-Pulivendula! We are incredibly proud to celebrate the facilitation of the first-ever batch of Women Excavator Operators, a landmark initiative conducted by the National Academy of Construction (NAC), Andhra Pradesh, in collaboration with Sany India.

This program isn't just about technical training; it's about shifting gears toward a more inclusive and diverse future for the Indian construction sector.

✨ Highlights of the Event
The facilitation ceremony was graced by esteemed leaders and experts who shared their vision for the industry:

Chief Guest: Sri Katragadda Madusudan Garu (MD, Madhura Engineering - Sany India Dealers, Hyderabad).

Sany India Team: Sri Kundan Naikade (Training), Sri Devendra Mali (Marketing), and Prem Kumar Sagili (Sr. Engineer).

NAC & Local Leadership: Sri M Rakesh (Assistant Director, YSR Kadapa District) along with dedicated NAC staff.

గ్రామీణ యువతకు ఉచిత శిక్షణకు ధరఖాస్తులకు ఆహ్వానం.

దీన్ దయాళ్ ఉపాధ్యాయ గ్రామీణ్ కౌశల్య యోజన(DDU-GKY) మరియు SEEDAP సహకారంతో నేషనల్ అకాడమీ ఆఫ్ కన్స్ట్రక్షన్ (NAC), పులివెందుల, కడప జిల్లా వారు రాష్ట్రంలలోని గ్రామీణ నిరుద్యోగ యువతకు స్కిల్ కాలేజ్ ద్వారా "సోలార్ పీవీ ఇన్స్టాలర్" వృత్తి విద్యా కోర్సుల నందు ఉచిత శిక్షణ అందిస్తున్నారు. ITI/డిప్లొమా/B.Tech చదివిన అభ్యర్థులకు నేషనల్ అకాడమీ ఆఫ్ కన్స్ట్రక్షన్ (NAC) సంస్థ నందు ఎంపిక ప్రక్రియ ఙరుగుతుంది కావున ఆసక్తి కల అభ్యర్థులు జనవరి 29 వ తేదీ లోపు హజరు కాగలరు . సుమారు 120 రోజులపాటు శిక్షణ సమయంలో ఉచిత వసతి, భోజనం కల్పించబడును. శిక్షణ అనంతరం కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం సర్టిఫికెట్ ఇవ్వబడును అర్హతలను బట్టి ఉద్యోగ అవకాశాలు కల్పిస్తారు. యువతీ యువకులు ఈ అవకాశాన్ని2026 ఫిబ్రవరి 23 వ తేదీ లోపు సద్వినియోగం చేసుకోవాలని కోరుతున్నారు. మరిన్ని వివరాలకు 99851 42155 , 9000517637 నంబర్ల పై సంప్రదించండి.

​We were honored to host the ISDA Infracon National Awards 2026 team for an insightful campus visit. We welcomed distinguished guests Sri B. Nageswara Rao Garu (Director, ISDA) and Smt. B. Durgeshwari Rao Garu (Director, BNRD), alongside Sri M. Indra Kiran Garu (Director, YSR Kadapa) and Mr. M. Rakesh (Assistant Director, YSR Kadapa).
​The dignitaries toured our state-of-the-art labs and classrooms, engaging in meaningful interactions with our ToT training program participants and our inspiring Junior Excavator (Women) batch.

Pioneering Spirit: This is the first-ever batch of women in the Infrastructure Equipment Sector under APSSDC.

𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: We are shattering the myth that heavy machinery is a "man’s job." By mastering these skills, our trainees are replacing fear with confidence and building a path toward high-paying technical careers.
