Shri Nitin Gadkari laid foundation stone & inaugurated projects worth Rs. 2,000 Cr., biggest in terms of project cost ever approved in the history of . This will enhance road safety & ease traffic congestion.
Minister further promised to approve project worth Rs. 650 Cr. on spot which are crucial for Puducherry. Also, announced Rs 100 Cr. under Setu Bandhan scheme for construction of small bridges.
Nitin Gadkari ji informed Rs 25,000 Cr. of NH projects directly benefiting Puducherry has been planned. Rs 3,100 crores (85Km) are completed. Rs 11,000 Cr. (200Km) are ongoing & Rs 10,300 Cr. (103Km) are in pipeline.
Puducherry people thank the Shri Nitin Gadgari, Minister for Road Transport & National Highways for approving all these NH proposals. @2047
