KVKs को और अधिक किसान-केंद्रित बनाने की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण कदम!

माननीय केंद्रीय कृषि एवं किसान कल्याण मंत्री श्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने देशभर के ICAR संस्थानों एवं KVKs में उपस्थित वरिष्ठ अधिकारीगण और किसानों को संबोधित किया। उन्होंने KVKs में किए जा रहे सुधारों की सराहना करते हुए सभी KVK कर्मियों को बधाई दी।

इस अवसर पर श्री रामनाथ ठाकुर, केंद्रीय कृषि एवं किसान कल्याण राज्य मंत्री, डॉ. एम. एल. जाट, सचिव DARE एवं महानिदेशक ICAR; श्री अतिश चंद्र, सचिव DAFW; डॉ. राजबीर सिंह, उप महानिदेशक (AE), ICAR; तथा श्री ज्ञानेंद्र त्रिपाठी, अपर सचिव DARE एवं सचिव ICAR उपस्थित रहे।

माननीय मंत्री ने बताया कि KVK कर्मचारियों के वेतन, भत्तों एवं पदोन्नति संबंधी सुधारों को DoE की मंजूरी मिल गई है। NPS अंशदान एवं सेवानिवृत्ति लाभ में राज्यों की भूमिका महत्वपूर्ण है। KVKs के रिक्त पदों पर समयबद्ध भर्ती के लिए राज्यों से अनुरोध किया जा रहा है।

किसान-केंद्रित KVKs
KVKs को स्थानीय कृषि जरूरतों से जोड़ने के लिए राज्यों के साथ MoU किए जाएंगे। KVK केवल प्रशिक्षण केन्द्र नहीं, बल्कि स्थानीय कृषि समस्याओं के समाधान का प्रमुख केन्द्र बनेगा, जहां किसानों को स्थानीय स्तर पर वैज्ञानिक सलाह और नई तकनीक उपलब्ध होगी।

राष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन एवं राज्य-विशिष्ट अभियान
KVKs का National Conference उपलब्धियों, चुनौतियों और भविष्य की कार्ययोजना पर केंद्रित होगा। राज्यों में El Niño, संतुलित उर्वरक उपयोग, फसल विविधीकरण और एकीकृत कृषि प्रणाली पर किसान जागरूकता अभियान चलाए जाएंगे।

रबी 2026–27: किसानों की भागीदारी से योजना
रबी की कार्ययोजना Bottom-Up Approach से तैयार होगी, जिसमें किसानों की सक्रिय भागीदारी होगी। 28–29 सितंबर 2026 को रबी सम्मेलन आयोजित किया जाएगा।

उद्देश्य:
“सही जानकारी, सही समय पर, सही किसान तक” — ऐसा KVK तंत्र जो किसानों को बदलती जलवायु एवं बाजार परिस्थितियों से निपटने में सक्षम बनाए और सुरक्षित, टिकाऊ एवं लाभकारी खेती को बढ़ावा दे।

एक आशीर्वाद का दीपक—देश के विकास के नाम!
माननीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के जन्मदिवस पर 17 सितंबर, शाम 7 बजे सभी ICAR संस्थानों, KVKs और किसानों से “एक आशीर्वाद का दिया” जलाने का आह्वान किया गया।

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗵𝗶 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗮 𝗳𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗿-𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮 focused on BRICS AGRIN, Farmers’ Rights and seed systems, agroecology and regenerative agriculture, digital agriculture and fisheries, fair agricultural trade, sustainable vegetable oils, ecosystem restoration and forest conservation.

These priorities reinforce the shared commitment to resilient, inclusive and sustainable food systems, driven by innovation, knowledge exchange and stronger cooperation among BRICS countries.

From 50 Years of Partnership to the Next Generation of Innovation

Dr M. L. Jat, Secretary, DARE & Director General, ICAR, highlighted the transformative potential of dryland agriculture and the impact of the five-decade ICAR–ICRISAT partnership during the Ministerial Session of the Dryland Congress 2026. From high-yielding varieties and hybrids in pulses, oilseeds, millets and other dryland crops to germplasm conservation, watershed development, climate-resilient agriculture and human resource development, the partnership has delivered lasting impact.
Citing Madhya Pradesh’s agricultural transformation, Dr. Jat underscored how progressive policies, innovation and leadership can unlock the potential of rainfed regions.
Looking ahead, he called for a renewed partnership focused on emerging science, climate challenges and South-South cooperation, with India increasingly sharing its innovations and expertise across the Global South.
He urged the Congress to move beyond deliberations towards clear, time-bound and actionable outcomes that can accelerate the transformation of dryland agriculture over the next 50 years.

ड्रायलैंड हमारी कमज़ोरी नहीं सभी देशों की बड़ी ताक़त बन सकता है

ड्रायलैंड कांग्रेस 2026 के मंत्रिस्तरीय सत्र को संबोधित करते हुए केंद्रीय कृषि एवं किसान कल्याण मंत्री श्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने ड्रायलैंड क्षेत्रों को अधिक अवसर, अधिक आय और अधिक आत्मनिर्भरता के केंद्र के रूप में विकसित करने पर जोर दिया।

उन्होंने जल संरक्षण, मृदा स्वास्थ्य, जलवायु-लचीली किस्मों, प्राकृतिक खेती, फसल विविधीकरण और एकीकृत कृषि प्रणालियों को बढ़ावा देने का आह्वान किया।

भारत की बढ़ती वैश्विक भूमिका पर जोर देते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि भारत को केवल तकनीक प्राप्त करने वाला नहीं, बल्कि ग्लोबल साउथ के साथ समाधान और नवाचार साझा करने वाला देश बनना है।
