भारत की कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी (मार्क्सवादी) के बिहार राज्य सचिव कॉमरेड ललन चौधरी स्वस्थ होकर मेदांता हॉस्पिटल से डिस्चार्ज हो गए हैं।
वे अस्वस्थ होने के कारण मेदांता में भर्ती थे। इलाज के बाद डॉक्टरों ने उन्हें डिस्चार्ज कर दिया है। अब उनकी तबीयत स्थिर है और वे चिकित्सकों की सलाह पर आराम कर रहे हैं।
पार्टी ने उनके शीघ्र पूर्ण स्वस्थ होने की कामना की है। उनके स्वास्थ्य को लेकर चिंता व्यक्त करने वाले सभी साथियों, शुभचिंतकों का पार्टी ने आभार व्यक्त किया है।
कॉमरेड के डिस्चार्ज के समय केंद्रीय कमिटी सदस्य अवधेश कुमार, राज्य सचिव मंडल सदस्य विनोद कुमार और श्याम भारती सहित कॉमरेड के परिवारजन मौजूद थे!

*Autobiography of Legendary CPI(M)-AIKS Bihar Leader Ganesh Shankar Vidyarthi released on his 103rd Birth Anniversary*

The autobiography of the legendary CPI(M) and AIKS leader from Bihar, Ganesh Shankar Vidyarthi, was released on 1 September 2026, his 103rd birth anniversary, by CPI(M) Polit Bureau member and AIKS National President Dr Ashok Dhawale at the CPI(M) state office hall in Patna. The autobiography in Hindi, titled "Marxism: My Struggle Path" was edited by his departed comrade Siddheshwar Nath Pandey and Ganeshda's daughter Mrunalini.

The elegant function was presided over by CPI(M) Bihar state secretary and Central Committee member Lalan Choudhari. All leaders paid floral tributes to Ganeshda's portrait. CPI(M) State Secretariat member Ajay Kumar, MLA, welcomed all the guests with shawls and flowers. All members of the CPI(M) Bihar state secretariat, Party members and Left sympathisers, and Ganeshda's family members were present.

Those who addressed the function and hailed Ganeshda's 96-year-old life and work were Dr Ashok Dhawale, Lalan Choudhari, Mrunalini, Vijay Mishra (CPI), K D Yadav (CPI-ML), Alok Mehta, ex-MP (RJD), Balgovind Bind (VIP), CPI(M) Central Committee member Awadhesh Kumar, and senior CPI(M) leader Sarvodaya Sharma.

Ganesh Shankar Vidyarthi was born in a landlord family in the Nawada district of Bihar on 1 September 1924. He joined the Quit India movement and the undivided CPI at the age of 18 in 1942. He was a freedom fighter who spent over six years in jail, both before and after independence.

Influenced by the legendary peasant leader Swami Sahajanand Saraswati, Ganeshda, despite his landlord class origin, fought for the interests agricultural workers and poor peasants all his life, and became one of the top leaders of the AIKS in Bihar.

In 1964, Ganeshda joined the CPI(M). He was in the forefront of the struggle against the Emergency from 1975-77. In 1977 and 1980, he was twice elected as MLA, and from 1990 to 1996 he served one term as MLC.

In 1980 he was elected as the Bihar state secretary of the CPI(M), and was constantly re-elected to this post for 25 years till 2005. He was elected to the CPI(M) Central Committee for nearly three decades. His simple lifestyle and personal integrity was beyond dispute, and this made him a highly respected figure across the entire political spectrum. He remained active till the end, and passed away at the age of 96 on 11 January 2021.

His autobiography chronicles his long and illustrious life, and is undoubtedly a valuable addition to the history of the Communist movement in Bihar.

केरल विश्वविद्यालय के शांतिपूर्ण मार्च के दौरान केरल पुलिस के पुरुष कर्मियों द्वारा निशाना बनाए जाने और हमला किए जाने के बाद एसएफआई (SFI) की युवती नेता गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गईं।
यह मार्च राज्य सरकार द्वारा विश्वविद्यालयों और शिक्षा क्षेत्र को संघ परिवार के समक्ष आत्मसमर्पण करने के विरोध में आयोजित किया गया था। केरल में यूडीएफ सरकार के तहत, आरएसएस को राज्य के विश्वविद्यालयों और शिक्षा क्षेत्र में घुसपैठ करने की खुली छूट दे दी गई है। कांग्रेस सरकार, जिसे राज्य और उसके शिक्षा क्षेत्र के भीतर सांप्रदायिक संघ परिवार का विरोध करना चाहिए था, वह इसके बजाय बीजेपी-आरएसएस के मनसूबों के अनुसार काम कर रही है। केरल का धर्मनिरपेक्ष समाज इसे कदापि स्वीकार नहीं करेगा।
