7 जून 2026 को जंतर-मंतर पर evm डेमो देकर दिखाया गया, कि, किस तरह vvpat के काले कांच और लाइट सेंसर द्वारा एक हीं पर्ची को बार बार कई मतदाताओं को दिखाकर, लाखों की संख्या में वोटों को चुराया जा सकता है।
On June 7, 2026, a Evm demo was given at Jantar Mantar, showing how millions of votes can be stolen by showing the same slip repeatedly to multiple voters through the black glass and light sensor of VVPAT.

जब तक हमें बैलेट पेपर से वोट देने का अधिकार नहीं मिल जाता, तब तक EVM से चुनाव जीतने वाले नेता समस्याओं को हल करने में दिलचस्पी नहीं लेंगे।.

More than 30% of votes can be stolen through the VVPAT of EVMs by bypassing the Mock Poll. Fourteen days before every election, software is loaded into the VVPAT through the SLA (Symbol Loading Application), and this software could also contain a vote-stealing program.
With the help of the black glass and light sensor installed in the VVPAT, the slip of the same symbol can be shown repeatedly to multiple voters, misleading them and enabling the theft of paper slips as well.
This theft would not be detected even after a 100% matching of the paper slips with the electronic votes!!

EVM ਦੇ VVPAT ਰਾਹੀਂ Mock Poll ਨੂੰ ਬਾਈਪਾਸ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ 30% ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਵੋਟਾਂ ਚੋਰੀ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਹਰ ਚੋਣ ਤੋਂ 14 ਦਿਨ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ SLA (Symbol Loading Application) ਰਾਹੀਂ VVPAT ਵਿੱਚ ਸੌਫਟਵੇਅਰ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਲੋਡ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੋਰੀ ਵਾਲਾ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਵੀ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
VVPAT ਵਿੱਚ ਲੱਗੇ ਕਾਲੇ ਕੱਚ ਅਤੇ ਲਾਈਟ ਸੈਂਸਰ ਦੀ ਮਦਦ ਨਾਲ, ਇੱਕੋ ਹੀ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨ ਦੀ ਪਰਚੀ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਰ-ਵਾਰ ਕਈ ਵੋਟਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਿਖਾ ਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਰਮਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਗਜ਼ ਦੀਆਂ ਪਰਚੀਆਂ ਵੀ ਚੋਰੀ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
ਇਹ ਚੋਰੀ ਕਾਗਜ਼ ਦੀਆਂ ਪਰਚੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਇਲੈਕਟ੍ਰਾਨਿਕ ਵੋਟਾਂ ਨਾਲ 100% ਮਿਲਾਣ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਫੜੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ!!

EVM के VVPAT द्वारा Mock Poll को बायपास करते हुए 30% से अधिक वोटों को चुराया जा सकता है। हर चुनाव से 14 दिन पहले सॉफ्टवेयर प्रोग्राम SLA (Symbol Loading Application) के जरिए VVPAT में डाला जाता है, इसमें चोरी का प्रोग्राम भी हो सकता है।
VVPAT में लगा हुआ काला काँच और लाइट सेंसर के मदद से, एक हीं सिंबल की पर्ची को बार-बार कई मतदाताओं को दिखाकर उन्हें भ्रमित करके कागज के पर्चियों को भी चुराया जा सकता है।
यह चोरी कागज की पर्चियों का इलेक्ट्रॉनिक वोटों से 100% मिलान करने के बावजूद भी पकड़ी नहीं जाएगी।

Do you know? An EVM is not a standalone machine!!
14 days before every election, the candidate serial file program is loaded into the VVPAT through an SLU device!!
If this program contains a theft command, the machine can bypass the mock poll and steal votes during actual voting. Using its black glass and light sensor, the VVPAT can show the same slip to multiple voters and potentially enable the theft of lakhs of votes across the state.
The Chief Minister of any state can make a law under Article 328 of the Constitution to give voters in the state the right to vote through ballot paper. Please tweet to your Chief Minister today and ask them to grant us this right.

इसी विषय पर तकनीकी सवालों, प्रक्रियाओं और VVPAT से जुड़ी चिंताओं को समझाने के लिए “EVM Black Glass Demo” का आयोजन किया जा रहा है।

इस डेमो में निम्न विषयों पर चर्चा की जाएगी:
